We are glad we chose Aquatek Plumbing and Gas for our hot water system installation. Jake and Roy were professional, friendly and punctual. The way they showed their professionalism, expertise and friendliness we did not even bother getting other quotes. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They even installed temporary hot water system for few days. We had no idea that service was always available. I have posted the picture as well which shows hot neat is the installation. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The lady who took my initial call was brilliant, really helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The guys who came out to install our new gas boiler were professional, friendly and communicated really well throughout the whole process. They talked us through our options, gave us great advice, and had our new boiler installed and up and running the very same day. A big thank you to Jake and his colleague, whose name I’m so sorry I can’t remember! Both were great to deal with and made the whole process really easy. We’d definitely recommend them and have already asked them to quote up a few other jobs around the house.

Called for a pressure check for possible leak. Arrived on time and completed check. Then quoted for new has as ours very old and likely to die any time.Accepted quote and hws installed a few days later.Again on time completed job and tidied up the mess. Would recommend them for any plumbing work. Very professional. L

Really fantastic service. The plumber, Guy, was absolutely brilliant. On time, courteous, took the time to explain what was going on and what he had done to sort out my hot water issues. Very practical, sensible suggestions to resolve the issue, no pressure to choose the more expensive options, took the problem on incrementally until it was sorted. Could not have been happier, and Guy was a wonderful ambassador for the company.

Gas hot water system packed up overnight, a call that morning had Jake out later that afternoon. He quickly quoted the job and was able to get a part required easily delivered meaning we had hot water again within a few hours. Very happy with Aquateck. The plumber (Roy) cleared our stubbornly blocked kitchen drain, which had been causing us major grief.

Last Monday our hot water system failed and I contacted Aquatek Plumbing. Jake, the technician, attended promptly and installed a new system the same day. He was professional, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. I can highly recommend Aquatek Plumbing for fast, reliable service.

Guy arrived at the arranged time, efficiently replaced a couple of malfunctioning taps and gave us some very helpful advice about selecting new tapware for the rest of the bathroom. In all, great service .

We had the pleasure of dealing with Guy from Aquatek two weeks in a row to fix some leaking shower taps and install a pressure controlled isolation valve.
