Gas hot water system packed up overnight, a call that morning had Jake out later that afternoon. He quickly quoted the job and was able to get a part required easily delivered meaning we had hot water again within a few hours. The whole team / experience was smooth and Aquatek will be the first people I call in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank-you.

Last Monday our hot water system failed and I contacted Aquatek Plumbing. Jake, the technician, attended promptly and installed a new system the same day. He was professional, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. I can highly recommend Aquatek Plumbing for fast, reliable service.

Guy arrived at the arranged time, efficiently replaced a couple of malfunctioning taps and gave us some very helpful advice about selecting new tapware for the rest of the bathroom. In all, great service .

We would like to thank Aquatek, especially Guy and Roy for plumbing our new rainwater tank and installing drains for our stormwater. Everything was completed in 1 day and they even cleaned up afterwards. We have used Aquatek before and will continue to call on them for all our plumbing needs.

Contacted Courtney initially describing a strong smell of gas from our bench cooktop. Jake arrived within the hour and suggusted we replace it as we estimated it could be 30 years old. Whilst i went to Good Guys for a new cooktop Jake replaced the old regulator next to our gas bottles with an improved model. He had to make a few mods under the benchtop to accomodate the new model plus put an isolating tap in the gas line. All in all instalation was completed in about 3 hours. ( should be good for another 30 years now.lol) We are extremely happy with Jake's relaxed attitude and workmanship. Pricing also was very reasonable. Thank you Aquatek team.

Water pipe burst inside our bedroom wall, came out and fixed it same day. Then took the extra measure to future proof issues with recommend pressure regulation valve.

Very prompt response to a suppy and fit request that took 2 plumbers half a day to complete. Requested Monday, job completeted by the end of the following day! Quality materials used, skilled installation demonstrated on an older house that had a few surprises for Jake and Roy, who took this in their stride. Excellent communication throughout the process. Will absolutely use this local business again and very happy to recommend.
