Placed a call-out through the Aquatek website. Received a phone call shortly after letting me know that we could expect a visit within the hour. We then received fast, courteous service from a tradesman who knew his job and explained what was happening at each stage of the job. Very happy with Aquatek.

Recommend Roy from Aquatek Plumbing. Prompt, turned up on time. Communicated easily and clearly. Considerate of our home and animals. Roy was great and absolutely recommend.

Excellent communication, on time, provided information as required.

We are glad we chose Aquatek Plumbing and Gas for our hot water system installation. Jake and Roy were professional, friendly and punctual. The way they showed their professionalism, expertise and friendliness we did not even bother getting other quotes. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They even installed temporary hot water system for few days. We had no idea that service was always available. I have posted the picture as well which shows hot neat is the installation. Excellent service form Aquatek. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The lady who took my initial call was brilliant, really helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The guys who came out to install our new gas boiler were professional, friendly and communicated really well throughout the whole process. They talked us through our options, gave us great advice, and had our new boiler installed and up and running the very same day. A big thank you to Jake and his colleague, whose name I’m so sorry I can’t remember! Both were great to deal with and made the whole process really easy. We’d definitely recommend them and have already asked them to quote up a few other jobs around the house.

Called for a pressure check for possible leak. Arrived on time and completed check. Then quoted for new has as ours very old and likely to die any time.Accepted quote and hws installed a few days later.Again on time completed job and tidied up the mess. Would recommend them for any plumbing work. Very professional. L

Really fantastic service. The plumber, Guy, was absolutely brilliant. On time, courteous, took the time to explain what was going on and what he had done to sort out my hot water issues. Very practical, sensible suggestions to resolve the issue, no pressure to choose the more expensive options, took the problem on incrementally until it was sorted. Could not have been happier, and Guy was a wonderful ambassador for the company.

Very happy with the service provided from Aquatek Plumbing. From initial contact with Kristina to the friendly plumbers who came and installed my new hot water heater. Will be our go-to plumbers now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aquatek are an amazing business. We have used them on numerous occasions and they always deliver. Arrive when they say they will arrive. Quality work everytime. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and completed as explained and very professionally. Thank you!

The man was very nice and helpful.

Aquatek installed a new hot water system for me quickly and with great communication. It was a particularly complex install and they were able to find solutions and keep me updated as to costs through the process. Thanks team!

Gas hot water system packed up overnight, a call that morning had Jake out later that afternoon. He quickly quoted the job and was able to get a part required easily delivered meaning we had hot water again within a few hours. The whole team / experience was smooth and Aquatek will be the first people I call in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank-you.

Aquatek is my preferred plumber - professional, prompt, keep me informed of arrival, clear explanations of problem and recommended solution, respectful of my property, well priced. I have used them for blockages inside and outside, faulty taps, toilet cistern, water hammering.

Really professional and efficient

Guy did an excellent job replacing our hot water system - punctual, efficient and attention to detail made for a great outcome.

Very happy with Aquateck. The plumber (Roy) cleared our stubbornly blocked kitchen drain, which had been causing us major grief.

I called Aquatek due to a blocked kitchen drain (after two other plumbers didn't what to touch the job and another unsuccessfully tried to rip me off). Roy arrived promptly at the arranged time, was friendly and held a good chat, was professional, knowledgeable and extremely effective in resolving my issue. Would highly recommend Roy and Aquatek to anyone. So glad I made the call. Thank you.

Fantastic

Last Monday our hot water system failed and I contacted Aquatek Plumbing. Jake, the technician, attended promptly and installed a new system the same day. He was professional, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. I can highly recommend Aquatek Plumbing for fast, reliable service.

Guy arrived at the arranged time, efficiently replaced a couple of malfunctioning taps and gave us some very helpful advice about selecting new tapware for the rest of the bathroom. In all, great service .

Great service from Aquatek Plumbing & Gas. Jake was efficient and courteous and his work neat and professional. We’ll be contacting this company again for future plumbing work.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Guy from Aquatek two weeks in a row to fix some leaking shower taps and install a pressure controlled isolation valve. Guy was very friendly, arrived on time, communicated everything that was being done, and kept us updated on anything he encountered while completing the job. We were very happy with the job and with Guy’s service, thanks!!

Jake is very honest, professional, friendly and helpful. I have no hesitations to recommend Aqstek Plumbing. Aquatic had on the past installed new hot water system
