We had a significant issue with a pressure pipe leak - on the Saturday before Christmas! yahhh ! Jake is a professional, very personable, terrific communicator and very efficient. Excellent customer service, both on the phone when arranging the appointment and in person with Jake, who was prompt, efficient and polite. Our job (full removal and new installation of a hot water system) required urgent attention, however we definitely felt that we were taken care of, and in knowledgeable hands. Explanations, options, and advice were given, allowing us to make an educated decision on how we wanted to proceed. After the work was completed, everything was tidied up, and put away neatly. Jake even offered to mop up for us (it was raining). We declined, he'd helped us out enough already, but the offer was appreciated. Problem solved within the day. Excellent experience.
