Great service from the team. They initially came out to clear a blocked drain. The job was more difficult than expected (due to the age of the house) but they persisted and made sure it was fixed.Based on this great service I took the opportunity to get a quote on a new hot water service, which was booked in and completed a couple of weeks later. Again, they completed this work quickly and professionally and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Recieved plumbing services on 17th November 2021.Jake and Luke arrived early but within the window of time nominated - the advance notice of arrival time - gave me plenty of time to relocate my dog. They were both very professional, friendly and and provided a service that was very quick and efficient - couldn't fault any of it. New cistern and shower tap installed in short order. Excellent.My initial enquiry was via Aquatek's online form - and I got a callback to schedule an appointment in about 15 minutes. Called in because the laundry taps at our new place were rusted shut, they warned us they may be a little late, but ended up arriving on time anyway, the guy was quick and replaced the taps completely as well as realising that there was a sewerage leakage on the property as well, he called SA Water for us as well, very professional and helpful!

Super service. Had my old hot water service and temp pads replaced. It was done within a few hours on the same day and very reasonably priced, after a lot of headaches with another big name company who just increased the price on and on and did not want to supply me with the Rinnai I wanted. I had to cancel their undone service and was charged $1230 they refuse to refund me. Aquatek to the rescue. Can't praise young Derek enough! Made an old pensioner very happy!

We had Aquatek out today as we have been having water hammer noises in the roof. My Mum has had Jake and Luke at her house twice in the last few months. Last week she had no hot water. Jake suspected it may have been the electricity meter was causing the problem. He replaced a part in the hot water service and even rang SA Power for her. It turned out the meter was the problem. Jake returned a few days later free of charge and replaced the original part and refunded her the cost. That's what I call great customer service. When I have plumbing issues at my house I will be using Aquatek Plumbing as well. We highly recommend them.

I've had Jake and Luke from Aquatek out to both my own and my parents houses over the last few weeks, first to install a rail and showerhead for my ageing parents and then to replace some leaking outside taps and install a pressure limiter on our own home. Reliable, trustworthy, friendly and great workmanship! I have used Aquatek for my plumbing over a number of years now and will continue to use them in the future. Finding tradesmen you can trust is hard work these days so when you find one, you hang on to them. They replaced my old sewer piping, installed a new gas HWS, plumbed up my bathroom reno and installed new taps and outlets for my irrigation. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Last night around 11:30pm I heard splashing water at the back of my house. When I check it it was my heater tank leaking badly. I was worried my heater water is not working anymore plus the water is bursting really bad. So I decided to shut the main supply off and start looking for a plumber to help me.I got Lucky they (Aquatek Plumbing & Gas ) replied on my message at that time even it's too late. And even suggested what to do and check for quick solution but unfortunately it was broken and need replacement. So they booked me the earliest the following day. They arrived just on time. Jake and his partner Luke didn't waste time on checking and planning what to do with my heater. Jake is very informative and he knows what to do and even gave us options but we decided to leave it to him what is the best. I am very happy the way they work. Very professional, they are so nice and well mannered. And the best part was they did the job so efficient, clean and neat. I called Aquatek on a Friday arvo after discovering I had no hot water. Jake came out that day to see the problem and told me unfortunately I needed a new hot water service. We used the guys at Aquatek to fix a simple bathroom problem and when we spoke to them about a problem leak causing out of control water bills, they suggested possible solutions and re-attended a few days later. They not only found the leak quickly, it was fixed within a short period. The lads attended three times for various jobs and were polite, professional and easy to deal with. Had a good feeling about the place when I first spoke to the receptionist Kristina. You couldn't find a better person to deal with the public. Had Jake out yesterday and was very pleased with the several jobs that needed doing. He is very knowledgeable, considering how young he is. All of the problems I had with leaks and water pressure were rectified. I also had problems with my instantaneous hot water system which turned out to be a quick fix, (new diaphragm). On a personal level, I felt he was very trustworthy and was not trying to "extend" the job. (I think if he had told me I need my entire property re plumbed, I would have been inclined to believe him. ☺) I can generally fix most things myself and tend not to have much contact with tradesmen, so I can't comment on prices. However I was happy with the work done and happy with what I was charged.

Excellent customer service, both on the phone when arranging the appointment and in person with Jake, who was prompt, efficient and polite. Our job (full removal and new installation of a hot water system) required urgent attention, however we definitely felt that we were taken care of, and in knowledgeable hands. Explanations, options, and advice were given, allowing us to make an educated decision on how we wanted to proceed. After the work was completed, everything was tidied up, and put away neatly. Jake even offered to mop up for us (it was raining). We declined, he'd helped us out enough already, but the offer was appreciated. Problem solved within the day. Excellent experience.

Hot water gave up on Good Friday around 11pm by 3pm Saturday I had a new system and hot water. Jake was an exceptional tradesperson, No fuss no mess. He provided Excellent communication over the phone, I had a delivery within an hour and he arrived as scheduled. Inside his van everything is neatly organised, his workmanship was exceptional and he cleaned up after the job including cutting up the massive cardboard box and putting it in the bin. I hope next time it want be an emergency over a long weekend but I will definitely call him again.
